Worry and how to handle it.

In our lives, we must face some kind of problems, challenges and hardship. We can't sleep because we worried too much on our problems. We become stressed with the problems,we questioned God why did we we deserve this. Here's a tip, be GRATEFUL.

Be grateful that you still can see when you woke up from your sleep.

Be grateful that you wake up on a comfy bed.

Be grateful that you still have the strength to stand up

Be grateful that you still have the water to bathe with because most of people in Africa can't afford that.

Be grateful that you still clothes that you can wear because some of us doesn't have the luxury to buy new clothes.

Be grateful that you can still afford to eat breakfast because maybe your neighbour can't even afford to buy a bag of rice.

Be grateful that you still have the strength to go to school/work because there are people who don't even have the strength and confidence to go to school/work.

If i write the blessings that God had bestowed upon us, even if the whole 7 seas are used as the ink, i still can't even finished writing it. Such is the blessings of Allah, so many but most of us don't notice it. The value of something only increase if we lost it. So it is advised that we count our blessings every time we are stressed out with problems.
