Hey guys, it's been a long time since i last update this blog, sorry, been busy with stuff because i entered the most challenging semester yet,I thought that the seniors were bluffing when they said that semester 3 is the most challenging semester and booooy were they right hahaha.

I think the most challenging subject for me is the investment subject where we learn the interest of the owner, lease, sublease and such on. Basically it's about how much you'll get by investing in this said property. The reason it's so bloody hard it's because it involves sooo many calculations, like additional mathematics level. Dude i enter Estate management to avoid calculations but alas what can i do, calculations will keep haunting me and force me to learn it lol.

This semester i stayed at rental house outside of UiTM Seri Iskandar. It's quite fun really living with friends and all but the most challenging part is money really. Living outside of campus is really hard on money. Like i spent Rm400 a month paying the house rental not including water and electricity. I also have to spend some money on my motorcycle maintenance and fuel. But, i believe all this challenges that i face this time will be a valuable lesson when i enter the realm of the adult. I also believe that someday, I will miss the day when i face hardships with my friends and facing it head on with a smile on my face.

My tips on how to face hardships today is when you wake up from your sleep, on your bed. Count the blessings that you have been blessed with.

 a person who read this might infer me as a person who likes to complaint every single thing that gone wrong in his life towards the system but ah hell whatever its my personal blog so let me lament here all i want. when speaking about career, it's easy to imagine it when we are in university if you attended one but post university life, at least current one, you realise how unprepared you are in facing the so called working and career life.
